• Have completed a Master of Dutch Law degree;
  
• Have three to ten years of relevant work experience in a commercial environment as a lawyer and/or legal counsel/{corporate} jurist;
  
• Have experience in the field of Corporate/M&A, Corporate/Commercial Litigation; Banking & Finance, IT, or Real Estate;
  
• Have a strong personality with sharp commercial insight;
  
• Possess excellent oral and written skills in both Dutch and English.
  

A salary that is tailored to your background and experience. As a senior interim legal counsel, your salary can amount to approximately €8,500 gross through our unique work entrepreneurship. We would be happy to tell you more about this. Please note, 36 hours per week is the norm with us.
