Aufgaben

As a technical expert, you are responsible for the End-to-End Onboarding and Integration of our new customers. You implement JavaScript tagging and event tracking in webshops or CRMs and ensure data quality through API configurations and SQL checks. When faced with complex challenges, you act as 2nd-Level-Support and build the interface to our engineering team.

You assess the feasibility of individual customer requests, create technical solution concepts, and optimize our onboarding processes continuously based on your learnings. You work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams and ensure a seamless customer journey through comprehensive documentation.

Qualifikation

Tech-Stack: In-depth experience in JavaScript (tagging/tracking) as well as deep understanding of APIs, SQL, and Web Technologies (cookies, HTTP).

Background: Relevant experience in technical integration, onboarding, or solution architecture - ideally in a dynamic environment (MarTech)

Tool-Know-how: Proficient use of analytics tools (e.g. Mixpanel, GA, Piwik PRO) and webshop systems.

Arbeitsweise: Methodically structured, with high customer orientation and the ability to clearly convey complex requirements to engineering.

Sprachkenntnisse: You communicate safely in German and English (C1 level), enabling you to provide precise technical advice to our customers and internal teams.
