We are looking for immediately a (Senior) Insurance Manager (m/w), to support our colleagues in customer consulting.

Your Tasks

• You are responsible for personal, written and telephone customer consulting and care of our customers (mainly bAV, PKV, BU)
• You maintain and process our customer data
• You communicate with insurance companies to offer the best tariffs and offers
• Organization of regular workshops on a wide range of insurance topics

Your Profile

• You can demonstrate a completed education in the insurance sector, or an IHK degree for finance and insurance or insurance specialist
• You can be enthusiastic about topics such as old-age provision and insurance
• You love dealing with customers
• Hands-on mentality with bite
• Sales orientation, engagement and motivation
• Communication strength, customer orientation and empathy are self-evident for you
• You are structured and enjoy what you do
• You have very good German and good English skills in writing and speaking
