Senior Installer Zwolle

As a senior installer at Zonneplan, you will independently install solar panels, charging stations, and home batteries at people's homes. Every day, you and your teammate will go to different locations, solve technical challenges on the spot, and leave a satisfied customer behind. After three months, you will also guide a junior installer on the job and help them grow in the profession.

You will work from depot Zwolle in a team where everyone is motivated to deliver the best installation. With the best tools, proprietary apps, and a planning department, you can focus on installing. You work 32-40 hours per week with a salary between €2,650 and €3,200.

• You install independently at the customer's home. You carry out complete installations of solar panels, charging stations, and home batteries. You monitor the quality and safety of your own work and solve problems along the way yourself, without having to call constantly.
• You guide a junior installer. After three months, you will take a junior under your wing on the job. You will provide explanations, feedback, and monitor the pace and quality of your work together. This way, you help the team grow.
• You are the face of Zonneplan to the customer. You conduct customer conversations independently, answer questions, and resolve any complaints on the spot. You come across as professional and ensure that every customer is left with a good feeling.
• You keep your equipment and van in order. You ensure that tools, materials, and the work van are always in good condition. You report any shortages or deviations immediately, so you can start the next day smoothly.

• You have at least 2 years of experience in installation technology, building electricity, or a comparable technical field and work independently.
• You have experience with electricity and are not afraid to work at heights.
• You solve problems on the job yourself and keep a cool head when things get tough.
• You communicate clearly with customers and colleagues and speak Dutch fluently.
• You have a B driver's license.

• A salary between €2,650 and €3,200, depending on your experience and level.
• 25 vacation days with the option to buy 4 more and travel allowance of €0.23 per km.
