About this role

As a senior installer at Zonneplan, you will independently install solar panels, charging stations, and home batteries at people's homes. Every day, you will go to changing locations with your teammate, solve technical challenges on the spot, and leave a satisfied customer behind. After three months, you will also supervise a junior installer on the job and help them grow in the profession.

You work from depot Best in a team where everyone is motivated to leave the best installation behind. You help each other, share knowledge, and continuously learn. With the best tools, your own apps, and a planning department that efficiently organizes your day, you can focus on what you are good at: installing. As an installer, you are the calling card of Zonneplan and play a direct role in plan Zero: making the Netherlands more sustainable.

• A salary between €2,650 and €3,200, depending on your experience and level.
• 25 vacation days (with the option to buy an additional 4) and travel expenses reimbursement of €0.23 per km.

Requirements:

This is what you bring

• You have at least 2 years of experience in installation technology, construction electricity, or a similar technical field, and you work independently.
• You have experience with electricity and are not afraid of working at heights.
• You solve problems on the job yourself and remain calm when things get tough.
• You communicate clearly with customers and colleagues and speak Dutch fluently.
• You have a B driver's license.
