Senior Installer Eindhoven

As a senior installer at Zonneplan, you will independently install solar panels, charging stations, and home batteries at people's homes. Every day, you will go to varying locations with your teammate, solve technical challenges on the spot, and leave a satisfied customer behind. After three months, you will also mentor a junior installer on the job and help them grow in the profession.

You work from depot Best in a team where everyone is motivated to deliver the best installation. You help each other, share knowledge, and continuously learn. With the best tools, proprietary apps, and a planning department that organizes your day efficiently, you can focus on what you do best: installing. As an installer, you are the face of Zonneplan and play a direct role in Plan Zero: making the Netherlands sustainable. You work 32-40 hours per week with a salary of €2,650 – €3,200.

• You install independently at the customer's home. You carry out complete installations of solar panels, charging stations, and home batteries. You monitor the quality and safety of your own work and solve problems yourself along the way, without having to constantly call.
• You mentor a junior installer. After three months, you will take a junior under your wing on the job. You provide explanations, feedback, and monitor the pace and quality of your work together. This is how you help the team grow.
• You are the face of Zonneplan to the customer. You conduct customer conversations independently, answer questions, and resolve any complaints on the spot. You come across as professional and ensure that every customer leaves with a good feeling.
• You keep your belongings and van organized. You ensure that tools, materials, and the work van are always in good condition. You report any shortages or deviations immediately so that you can start smoothly the next day.

• You have at least 2 years of experience in installation technology, construction electrical work, or a comparable technical field and work independently.
• You have experience with electrical work and are not afraid of working at heights.
• You solve problems on the job yourself and keep a cool head when things get tough.
• You communicate clearly with customers and colleagues and speak Dutch fluently.
• You have a B driver's license.

• A salary between €2,650 and €3,200, depending on your experience and level.
• 25 vacation days (with the option to buy an additional 4) and travel expenses reimbursement of €0.23 per km.
