(Senior) Innovation Consultant (m/f/d) in the field of New Business Innovation

Innovation arises where new technologies meet entrepreneurial opportunities. This is exactly where our work begins. As an (Senior) Innovation Specialist (m/f/d), you will support leading companies in identifying future topics, developing innovation strategies, and launching new products, services, and business models. At the same time, you will actively shape the further development of our New Business Innovation division.

Responsibilities

• Independent management and leadership of innovation, technology, and strategy projects for clients from various industries
• Conducting market, technology, and competitive analyses, as well as preparing studies, management reports, and recommendations for action
• Conception, development, and marketing of innovation, technology, and benchmarking studies
• Conception, preparation, and execution of workshops, training sessions, and seminars on topics of innovation and technology management
• Support in acquiring new projects and clients, as well as independent development and pursuit of business opportunities
• Management of small project teams and assumption of technical responsibility within larger project undertakings
• Monitoring and evaluation of new market, technology, and AI trends, as well as derivation of business potentials
• Active participation in the further development of the New Business Innovation division through new products, services, and solution approaches
• Support in marketing and communication measures, e.g., LinkedIn posts, webinars, trade articles, and events
• Participation in community initiatives, as well as organization and execution of networking formats, events, and expert exchanges

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in innovation, technology, or strategy management
• Completed university degree in Innovation and Technology Management, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
• Curiosity and a spirit of discovery
• Analytical and structured working method, and conceptual thinking
• Strong team and communication skills
• High level of responsibility and independence
• Fluent in German and proficient in spoken and written English
