(Senior) Innovation Consultant (m/w/d) in the New Business Innovation Area

Tasks

• Solo processing and leadership of innovation, technology, and strategy projects for customers from various industries
• Conducting market, technology, and competition analyses, and creating studies, management reports, and recommendations
• Conceptualization, development, and marketing of innovation, technology, and benchmarking studies
• Conceptualization, preparation, and implementation of workshops, training sessions, and trainings on topics related to innovation and technology management
• Support in acquiring new projects and customers, as well as independent development and pursuit of business opportunities
• Leading small project teams and taking over technical responsibility within larger project assignments
• Monitoring and evaluating new market, technology, and AI trends, and deriving business potential
• Active participation in the further development of the New Business Innovation area through new products, services, and solution approaches
• Support in marketing and communication measures, e.g., LinkedIn posts, webinars, expert articles, and events
• Participation in community initiatives as well as organization and implementation of network formats, events, and expert exchanges

Qualification

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in innovation, technology, or strategy management
• Degree in innovation and technology management, economics, or comparable field
• Curious and discovery-oriented mindset
• Analytical-structured working style and conceptual thinking
• Highly developed team and communication skills
• A high sense of responsibility and self-reliance
• Fluent knowledge of German and English languages
