What You’ll Do
- Support injured workers with tailored return-to-work and recovery plans
- Provide expert advice to employers, insurers, and stakeholders
- Manage your own caseload with true schedule flexibility
- Conduct assessments, attend case conferences, and implement sustainable rehabilitation strategies
- Deliver services across Workers Compensation, ComCare, and non-compensation frameworks
- Above-market salary – up to $140,000 + super + bonuses + PD allowance
- 9-day fortnight – enjoy every second Friday off while earning full-time pay
- Tools of the trade – company vehicle, smartphone, tablet, and remote-access systems provided
- Freedom to choose – base yourself in Perth or live regionally with minimal restrictions
- Flat team culture – no heavy hierarchy, just meaningful support and respect for your expertise
- Impactful work – play a key role in helping people rebuild their lives and return to meaningful employment
- Tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Psychology
- Current professional registration (AHPRA, ESSA, or equivalent)
- Police clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- A valid driver’s licence
- A passion for delivering holistic care and achieving real outcomes for clients
