Aufgaben

• You will take over the in-house consulting and support for SAP ECC in the modules SD, MM, and FI and bring your expertise specifically into the further development of processes.
• As a central interface, you will act between departments, IT, OEMs, suppliers, and external service providers and ensure smooth coordination among all parties involved.
• You will translate technical requirements into sustainable SAP and EDI solutions and accompany these from conception to implementation.
• You will analyze, design, and optimize business processes, particularly in forecast and scheduling agreement processing as well as JIT/JIS request and order processes.
• You are also responsible for sending, logistics, and ASN processes and ensure their efficiency and stability.
• The care and responsibility for EDI interfaces to customers and suppliers are also part of your tasks, including mapping analysis and implementation of OEM specifications.
• You will ensure the integration of common EDI standards such as VDA, EDIFACT, and ODETTE.
• In operational operation, you will analyze and correct incidents, for example, missing requests or ASN errors, and ensure stable workflows.
• You will support eInvoicing scenarios like PDF, EDI, and ZUGFeRD/XRechnung and take over document archiving.
• You will drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives in SAP and EDI processes actively forward.
• In the context of projects, you will support optimization measures in SAP ECC as well as the SAP S/4HANA implementation and global rollout.
• Your tasks are rounded off by creating technical documentation and conducting user training.

Qualifikation

• You hold a completed degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification and bring fundamental experience as an SAP and EDI consultant with you.
• You have very good knowledge of the SAP modules SD, MM, and FI; experience with SAP S/4HANA and ideally SAP BTP is advantageous.
• You look back on several years of professional experience in the SAP and EDI environment and possess a deep understanding of supply chain processes such as forecasts, call-offs, JIT/JIS, consignment, and self-billing.
• You are familiar with EDI standards like VDA, EDIFACT, and ODETTE and convince through your communication skills.
• You work independently, prioritize securely, and maintain a clear overview even in critical situations.
• Your profile is rounded off by initiative, pleasure in process improvements, and the ability to document and convey complex issues clearly, supplemented by experience in coaching and mentoring junior colleagues.
