Senior Inhouse Consultant SAP PP (m/w/d)

We are looking for a senior SAP Inhouse Consultant PP (m/w/d) for a traditional, family-owned industrial company with international orientation. In this newly created position, you will strengthen the existing SAP team and take over the comprehensive support of the SAP PP module in ECC and S/4HANA together with a colleague. You will report to the future leadership of SAP and work closely with production departments and internal key users.

The company has long-standing SAP experience and pursues a clear digitalization strategy. In the short term, the introduction of SAP S/4HANA in one business area is planned, with the prospect of harmonizing the SAP landscape on an S/4 level across all companies. The goal is to make processes more efficient, transparent, and error-free, thereby securing long-term competitiveness.

Tasks

Depending on your experience, you will take on a consulting function or project leadership in this role. Your focus will be on consulting, supporting, and developing production processes as well as SAP PP solutions, particularly in the context of S/4HANA. You will be responsible for customizing and configuring the module PP, analyzing and optimizing end-to-end processes including integration with adjacent modules, and evaluating new solution approaches. Additionally, you will support the management of external service providers and serve as a subject matter expert for production departments.

Qualification

You hold a solid education or degree with relevant professional orientation and several years of experience in SAP PP, at least two to three years in the context of SAP S/4HANA. We expect good understanding of production processes as well as knowledge of interfaces to modules such as MM, SD, CO, QM, PM, or LE/EWM. You work structured, practically, and solution-oriented, move confidently in agile environments, and understand how to moderate different interests and win people over for digitalization topics. Good German and English skills complete your profile.
