Job description
What you can expect
- As Senior-Ingenieur:in in the HKLS, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and organization of the integral planning process until the building implementation for the department HKLS.
- In your role as project leader, you will take over the technical guidance of your team members.
- Your main tasks include planning activities in the integral team, supported by Building Information Modeling (BIM).
- You will represent ATP against clients, authorities, and executing companies.
- In addition, you will have cost- and result-responsible leadership of the respective project for your department.
- You will work closely with all departments (Architecture, Structural Planning, Electrical Engineering, ÖBA/OÜ) as well as external specialist planners.
- You will support the implementation of the ATP Green Deal considering the climate-neutral planning with the goal of a sustainable building.
