(Senior) Engineer Wärmenetze / TGA (m/w/d)

From our location in Rheine (Münsterland) out, we plan and implement intelligent, sector-coupled district heating networks and comprehensive quarter supply solutions for municipalities, utility companies, and the real estate industry.

Aufgaben

As TGA Planner / Supply Technician with a focus on Wärmenetze, you will take on a central key function: You are responsible for the technical planning of our district heating projects from concept to completion – and accompany the implementation on site personally. You bring not only technical knowledge but also the feel for practice.

You will be the technical anchor of our projects – the person who is trusted by both the desk and the construction site.

Technical Planning

• Eigenverantwortliche Planung von Nah- und Fernwärmenetzen (Trassierung, hydraulische Auslegung, Übergabestationen)
• Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen, Ausschreibungsunterlagen und Planungszeichnungen (CAD)
• Abstimmung mit Kunden, Lieferanten, Partnern und ausführenden Unternehmen
• Mitwirkung an Machbarkeitsstudien und Energiekonzepten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Planungsteam

Bauvorbereitung & Baubegleitung

• Koordination der ausführenden Handwerksbetriebe und Subunternehmer
• Technische Bauüberwachung und Qualitätskontrolle vor Ort
• Mängelmanagement und Abnahme von Gewerken
• Sicherstellung von Terminen, Qualität und Kosten im Projektverlauf

Fachliche Führung & Wissenstransfer

• Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Planungsstandards und technischen Prozessen im Unternehmen
• Sparringspartner für das Team bei technischen Fragen – du machst andere besser
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektleitern, Finanzanalysten und der Geschäftsführung

Qualifikation

We are open to different qualification paths – what matters is the combination of technical knowledge and practical experience:

Formale Qualifikation (one of the following)

• Meister SHK, Anlagenmechanik or related trade
• State-certified Technician (Supply Technology, TGA, Building Engineering) or Engineer (FH/Uni) Supply Technology, TGA or Building Engineering

Technisches Know-how

• Vocational training in SHK- or Heating and Plumbing trade
• Relevant further education in the field of heat supply, renewable energiesKnowledge in hydraulic network design (e.g. with Leanheat, STANET, Netz°Plan etc.)

Praxiserfahrung – that's what we value particularly

• Mult-year experience in the execution or planning of TGA projects (heating, warmth, piping construction)
• You were on site – not just at the desk. You know how craftsmen think and what works in practice
• Experience in coordinating subcontractors or site management is a clear plus
• Ideal first contacts with district heating, near heat or renewable energies
