Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer for our Platform Team to manage, maintain, and enhance our IT infrastructure across on-premises data center, cloud platforms, endpoints, identity, and security systems. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable IT operations while providing technical leadership and ownership. Key Responsibilities Infrastructure & Data Center Management • Design, maintain, and support the entire IT infrastructure including servers, storage, network devices, and virtualization platforms. • Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of all systems. • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement infrastructure strategies that align with business objectives. Cloud Platforms & Services • Manage and optimize cloud-based services such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and other cloud providers. • Design and deploy scalable, secure, and highly available cloud architectures. • Ensure seamless integration between on-premises and cloud environments. Endpoints & Identity Management • Manage and maintain endpoint devices including laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and IoT devices. • Implement and manage identity and access management solutions to ensure secure authentication and authorization. • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement endpoint security strategies that align with business objectives. Security Systems • Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive security architectures to protect against cyber threats. • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards. • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement incident response plans and disaster recovery procedures. Technical Leadership & Ownership • Provide technical leadership and ownership for all IT infrastructure projects and initiatives. • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement technical strategies that align with business objectives. • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders, including internal teams, vendors, and customers. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, cloud computing, and security. • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and security systems. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. • Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or CloudFormation. • Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker. • Knowledge of DevOps practices and methodologies.
