Job description

This is a position within Keller Executive Search and not with one of its clients. As the Senior Information Technology Manager in Amsterdam, Netherlands, this senior role is accountable for shaping information technology strategy and delivering measurable outcomes across the business. The position partners closely with cross-functional leaders, drives operational excellence, and scales processes to support growth. Key Responsibilities: Set a clear multi-year strategy and translate it into quarterly objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including IT teams, business leaders, and external partners. Collaborate with the IT leadership team to define and prioritize IT projects, ensuring effective resource allocation and project delivery. Drive process improvements and standardization across the IT organization, leveraging best practices and industry trends. Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning, encouraging employees to take calculated risks and share knowledge. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. At least 8 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on strategy, operations, and process improvement. Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL. Experience with IT project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and stakeholders. Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT service management tools. Certifications in ITIL, Agile, or Scrum are a plus.
