Senior Information Security Lead - 115k.

We are looking for a personality who does not just manage information security, but actively develops it.

The company is in the midst of a digital transformation. Information security has highest priority with clear support from top management and corresponding budget.

Tasks

You will take on a central function in building up and strategically developing information security.

The focus lies on:

• Analyzing the existing security level and identifying vulnerabilities
• Developing policies, standards, and governance structures
• Shaping and steering the security roadmap
• Risk analysis and prioritization of measures
• Closely working with IT, departments, and management
• Reporting to top management and ISB
• Sensitizing and training employees

Qualification

• Multiple years of experience in the field of information security
• In-depth knowledge of ISO 27001 / NIST or comparable frameworks
• Experience in governance, risk & compliance
• Able to recognize and resolve vulnerabilities in a structured manner
• Very good English, sufficient German
• Strategic thinking with pragmatic implementation
