About the Role We are seeking a highly organized Senior Influencer Content Manager who will be responsible for managing and growing our influencer content strategy across multiple platforms. This includes developing and implementing content calendars, collaborating with influencers, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing or a related field, and possess excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement comprehensive influencer content strategies that drive engagement and conversions. • Collaborate with influencers to create high-quality, brand-aligned content that resonates with our target audience. • Manage and optimize content calendars across multiple platforms, ensuring timely and consistent posting. • Analyze performance metrics and adjust content strategies accordingly. • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agents, and other stakeholders to drive growth and engagement. Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing or a related field. • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
