Aufgaben

Your role:

• You will take over the responsibility for managing and taking care of our campaigns and develop tailored campaigns together with our team for Brands.
• As main point of contact for influencers in the area, you will ensure the right selection and long-term relationship with talents.
• You will stand as lead-team member for campaign management and take care of coaching junior and intermediate team members.
• You will conduct continuous market observations and thus provide innovative approaches in cooperation with brands.
• You are responsible for optimizing internal processes and efficiency within the team.

Qualifikation

What you should bring:

• Fundamental experience in influencer marketing.
• Experience in dealing with influencers and taking care of brands/customers.
• Demonstrable successes in building and nurturing brand partnerships.
• A good understanding of products of all kinds and the ability to integrate them into influencer campaigns tailored to target groups.
• Very good communication skills in German and English, both verbally and written.
• A self-responsible, structured working style and a high level of organizational talent.
• Good knowledge of Google Workspace.
