Senior Industrial Project Manager

• Production footprint strategies and network optimization
• Establishment and expansion of production capacities in greenfield and brownfield projects
• International production relocations and site transformations
• CAPEX ramp-up management, operational excellence, and performance improvement

Your Role

As a Senior Industrial Project Manager, you will be responsible for the steering and implementation of complex industrial projects. You will ensure that factory concepts are translated into functioning production realities. In this role, you will accompany our customers from larger machinery projects to the realization of entire factories. You will not only guide projects from the meeting room but also where industrial reality is created. Therefore, national and international travel activities as well as active on-site presence during crucial project phases are part of this role.

Tasks

What awaits you

1. Content-related steering of industrial projects

• Successful industrialization in greenfield / brownfield
• Design of high-performance production systems
• Ramp-up control until successful handover

2. Leadership of project teams

• Building high-performing project organizations
• Leading interdisciplinary teams at the customer's site (production, purchasing, logistics, engineering, etc.)
• Coaching your project teams

3. Shaping a growing business unit

• You will work directly with the founders and actively help build the Industrial Execution unit at RSE+
• Entrepreneurial thinking and growth drive you

Qualifications

• You have a completed degree in Engineering, Business Administration and Engineering (WiWi), or Business Administration (BWL)
• You know production from your own leadership/experience, but Capex projects in the factory motivate you even more
• You have proven that you can successfully realize complex investment projects
• Your pronounced process understanding as well as your analytical and conceptual competence distinguish you
• You possess intercultural sensitivity with a solution-oriented communication style
• You speak fluent German and English
