Senior Industrial Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Industrial Engineer to join our team at our facility located in Parque Industrial FINSA, Aguascalientes Mexico. As an Industrial Engineer, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring quality control throughout our operations.

• Analyze and evaluate manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction
• Develop and implement lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance productivity
• Design and conduct time studies, work sampling, and other industrial engineering techniques to establish standard times and improve work methods
• Calculate and look for improvements to optimize Head Count
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new engineering changes
• Coordinate and work with the other areas to produce prototype samples
• Utilize CAD software to create and modify and improve production layouts
• Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and potential issues in production standard times
• Provide technical support and training to production staff on process improvements and new methodologies
• Continuously monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency (OEE)
• Conduct ergonomic assessments and implement improvements to enhance workplace safety and employee well-being
• Develop and maintain standard work documents (SOS, SWI, COM) for manufacturing processes and equipment operation
• Participate in new product development projects, providing input on manufacturability and process design
• Maintain and update Bill of Materials (BOM) and manufacturing routes
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and kaizen events to drive operational excellence
