We are looking for someone who can take ownership of projects from concept to manufacture, working closely with our team of designers and engineers. Key Responsibilities: • Develop innovative product designs that meet clients' needs and exceed their expectations. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and marketing to ensure successful project outcomes. • Conduct design research and analysis to inform design decisions. • Create detailed design specifications and prototypes for client review and feedback. • Manage projects from concept to manufacture, ensuring timely and within budget delivery. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve designs and processes. • Contribute to the development of design standards, guidelines, and best practices. • Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to colleagues. • Mentor junior designers and contribute to their professional development. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or related field. • 5+ years of experience as a Senior Industrial Designer. • Strong portfolio showcasing innovative product designs that meet clients' needs. • Excellent communication and project management skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and deadlines. • Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite. • Experience working with 3D modeling software such as SolidWorks or Rhino. • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and materials.
