The Senior Indirect Regional Supplier Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of indirect suppliers that provide goods and services to our organization. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing strategies to optimize supplier relationships and improve overall supply chain performance. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. • Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders. • Analyzing data and metrics to measure supplier performance and make informed decisions about supplier selection and management. • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with supplier operations and supply chain disruptions. • Developing and implementing processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. • Providing guidance and support to suppliers on our procurement policies, procedures, and expectations. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies that can benefit our organization. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in supplier management or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. Relevant certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, or ISM are also desirable.
