Senior Inbound Reservations Consultant

The overall purpose of the Senior Inbound Reservations Consultant is to provide exceptional customer service, handle all inbound reservations, and ensure that our clients receive a seamless travel experience. This role will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the tour operation, including but not limited to: • Handling all inbound reservations from Japan, ensuring timely and accurate processing of bookings. • Providing exceptional customer service to Japanese travelers, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. • Coordinating with local suppliers and partners to ensure seamless tour operations. • Maintaining accurate records of all bookings, payments, and communications. • Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for the Japanese market. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments in the Japanese travel market. Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in a similar role or related field. • Strong understanding of the Japanese culture and travel habits. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce).
