Senior Implementation Specialist Digital Analytics (m/f/d)

Your New Team:

As an Implementation Specialist, you are in the thick of it: You translate functional requirements into technical tracking solutions, implement them, check their quality, and ensure that a concept becomes a functioning digital analytics setup. You take full responsibility for digital analytics implementations from requirements to go-live and advise our clients.

What Awaits You:

• You analyze the requirements of our clients and translate business and analytics use cases into technically sound tracking and implementation concepts.
• You develop and document tracking concepts, data models, and data layer requirements and coordinate them with clients and developers.
• You work with tag management systems, implement tracking tags and third-party tags, and ensure scalable data collection.
• You perform technical tests, debugging, and data validation, and systematically get to the bottom of data errors.
• You consider consent management, data protection, and technical framework conditions already during the conception phase.
• You work closely with digital analysts, data engineers, and project managers and are the technical interface between business and development.
• You actively contribute your knowledge to your team and, together with the team, further develop our standards, best practices, and procedures.
• Depending on the project, you also support tool selection, architectural decisions, migrations, and technical enablement of our clients.

What You Bring:

• You don't have to know every tool. It's more important to us that you have truly understood digital analytics and can quickly familiarize yourself with new technologies and setups.

• Several years of professional experience in digital analytics, web analytics, tracking, or MarTech implementation
• Very good knowledge of at least one tag management system
• Experience with the conception and implementation of data layers and tracking concepts
• A good technical understanding of web technologies, especially JavaScript
• Experience with testing and data validation of analytics implementations
• Understanding of consent management, data protection, and the technical implications for tracking
• The ability to explain technical matters understandably to different stakeholders
• A structured, analytical, and quality-oriented approach to work
• Enjoyment in taking responsibility and not just analyzing technical topics but also implementing them yourself
