We are looking for experienced individuals who can successfully manage complex customer projects and simultaneously contribute to building our German deployment organization.

Aufgaben

As Senior Implementation Project Manager / Implementation Project Lead (m/w/d), you will be responsible for our most successful and complex customer implementations in Germany and play a central role in building our local delivery organization.

You combine operational excellence in project management with the development of processes, methods, and team structures – and work closely with the Operations Director Germany and our international teams.

Leitung komplexer Kundenimplementierungen

• Responsibility for the end-to-end management of strategic enterprise implementation projects (from discovery workshops to go-live and stabilization)
• Development and management of detailed project plans including milestones, dependencies, and resources

Stakeholder- & Eskalationsmanagement

• Collaboration and management of demanding stakeholders on the customer side (CEOs, departments, and IT representatives)
• Active risk and escalation management in complex project environments
• Satisfaction of a smooth go-live and sustained adoption

Aufbau einer skalierbaren Delivery-Organisation

• Development of processes, methods, quality standards, templates, and best practices
• BUILDING scalable delivery structures for the German market
• Closely working with the Operations Director Germany on planning, prioritization, and resource management

Leitung & fachliche Weiterentwicklung des Teams

• Leadership and support of our 4 Deployment Project Managers
• Fostering best practices and knowledge exchange within the team
• Contributing to building a high-performing, growing delivery organization

Funktionsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit

• Closely coordinating with Product, Data Migration, Support, and international teams
• Satisfaction of a consistent and scalable implementation approach across country borders

Qualifikation

• Erfahrung: At least 5 years of experience in project management of complex software implementations, SaaS-, digitalization- or transformation projects.
• Projekt- und Stakeholder Management: Proven experience in managing demanding customer projects with multiple stakeholders and high complexity.
• Leadership & Ownership: Experience in leading project teams of at least 3 FTE and taking pleasure in assuming responsibility, developing others, and actively contributing to building a growing organization.
• Struktur & Kommunikation: Secure prioritization and decision-making in dynamic phases. Sovereign appearance and strong moderation and presentation skills towards management, customers, and internal teams.
• Sprachen & Mobilität: German on a native speaker level, English fluently; French language skills are a plus but not necessary. Residence in Berlin or Munich, as well as willingness to regular monthly travel within Germany.
