Your Role
As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for multiple implementations at various organizations, with a diversity of Whitevision products. You are the point of contact and the trusted advisor for your clients. You largely determine yourself, in consultation with the client, where you carry out your work. You analyze client processes, think strategically about the best setup, and guide organizations service-oriented towards a successful go-live.

You work independently, share your knowledge with the team, and coach junior consultants. You identify commercial opportunities with existing clients and contribute to the standardization and improvement of our consultancy processes, which make the team as a whole better, for example, by deploying AI-driven functionality. At the same time, you continue to develop yourself: you increase your product knowledge, keep your professional knowledge up-to-date, and get the space to grow towards a leadership, coaching, or expert role within our consultancy organization. Your tasks and responsibilities are:
+ You lead end-to-end implementation trajectories.
+ You analyze document processes and translate them into smart, scalable solutions.
+ You advise clients at operational and management levels.
+ You train end-users and ensure maximum adoption of our software.
+ You monitor planning, quality, and customer satisfaction within your projects.
+ You coach junior and medior consultants and actively share your knowledge.

What do you bring?
+ You have at least a completed Bachelor's degree (HBO), for example in BIM, Business Administration, or Business Economics.
+ You have demonstrable experience in carrying out software implementations.
+ You already have experience with project management and stakeholder management.
+ Strong communication skills (Dutch & English).
+ Analytical, results-oriented, and commercially aware.
+ Experience with SaaS solutions, SQL, ERP, and affinity with document processing is a plus.
+ A coaching mindset: you enjoy helping colleagues move forward.
+ You are available for at least 32 hours per week (our preference is for 40 hours).
