Your Tasks

• You manage a diverse portfolio in retail, office, and residential properties
• You work proactively in close collaboration with the owner Swiss Life
• You conduct contract negotiations with tenants and ensure property maintenance.
• You carry out periodic property inspections and assess their condition
• You monitor the current rental price policy and advise the owner on setting rental prices.
• You accept and hand over rental objects
• You are involved in projects

Your Profile

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship (KV-Lehre) or a technical basic training (e.g., High-rise Drafter) with further training as a technical clerk
• You hold a federal certificate as a Real Estate Manager or equivalent further training in the real estate sector
• You have several years of professional experience in real estate management, ideally with commercial properties
• You possess good accounting and legal knowledge (OR, ZGB, and SchKG)
• You are proficient in German, both written and spoken
• You have good knowledge of MS Office and have a digital affinity.
• You impress with pleasant manners, negotiation skills, and self-confident demeanor
