My Challenges

• Design and implement solutions for authentication, Conditional Access, and Privileged Identity Management in Microsoft Entra ID.

• Introduce phishing-resistant login methods such as Passkeys, FIDO2, Windows Hello for Business, and Temporary Access Pass to clients.

• Analyze existing tenants and develop migration concepts for users, groups, app registrations, service principals, SSO, SCIM provisioning, and hybrid identity.

• Prepare configuration changes, guide them cleanly through the client's change process, and document them in a traceable manner.

• Collaborate closely with project management, architecture, cyber security, and business units, and clearly present results to decision-makers.

• Take on responsibility in growing security mandates and actively shape the identity offering.

My Competencies

• Several years of project experience with Microsoft Entra ID in medium and large organizations.

• Sound practical experience with authentication methods and MFA, Conditional Access, PIM, app registrations, and enterprise applications via SAML and OIDC.

• Experience with Entra Connect or Cloud Sync in hybrid environments.

• Demonstrable project and concept work, not exclusively operations or support.

• The ability to translate technical matters into clear concepts and decision-making bases.

• Confident demeanor with clients, structured way of working, and enjoyment of teamwork.

• Fluent German in spoken and written for client communication, good English skills.

• Advantageous: Passwordless rollouts in large user groups, certifications such as SC-300, AZ-500, or MS-102, and experience in regulated industries.
