Project Description:

We are looking for an experienced professional to support the conception of permissions for around 1,000 applications that will be integrated into the Omada IAM tool. The technical implementation will be carried out by the internal team. Your task is to develop and document permission concepts in close coordination with the responsible application owners.

Tasks:

• Development of individual permission concepts for approximately 1,000 applications
• Coordination with Application Owners to clarify technical requirements
• Tight collaboration with a small core team; operational implementation will be carried out mostly independently
• Stakeholder management across various departments
• Clean documentation in English

Must-Haves:

• Professional experience in the IAM, permission management or comparable roles
• Experience with ServiceNow and Atlassian Stack
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders
• High level of stress tolerance, endurance, and perseverance.
• Structured and self-responsible working style
• ISO 27001 certification is advantageous
