Senior Human Resources Specialist

Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a Singapore-based client to appoint a Senior HR Specialist to support and strengthen its internal people and organisational capabilities. Reporting directly to senior management, you will take ownership of a broad, cross-functional portfolio spanning human resources and corporate operations, with a high degree of visibility and autonomy. In this role, you will combine hands-on HR operations with a strong focus on organisational development and professional services, including but not limited to: recruitment and talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, compliance and regulatory affairs, and corporate communications. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing HR initiatives that drive business outcomes, improve employee engagement, and enhance the overall organisational culture.
