Key Responsibilities: • Build, maintain, and continuously improve HR processes and systems to support business growth. • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. • Collaborate with leaders to define job descriptions, develop interview questions, and evaluate candidates. • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. • Analyze and interpret HR metrics to inform strategic decisions. • Foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion by developing and implementing initiatives that promote equal opportunities. • Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, management, and external partners. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. • Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees on various HR-related matters. • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. • Develop and manage budgets for HR initiatives and programs. • Collaborate with other departments to drive business outcomes through effective people processes. • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure HR initiatives align with organizational goals. • Stay organized, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement strategic HR plans that support business objectives. • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the organization’s culture, values, and mission. • Ensure all HR activities are aligned with the company's overall strategy and goals. • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, management, and external partners. • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
