Senior Human Resources Information System Analyst

The Sr. HRIS Analyst is responsible for the effective operation, optimization, and evolution of Oracle HCM across the United States, Mexico, and Canada. This role blends deep functional HR knowledge with strong technical expertise to ensure HR systems effectively support business operations. The position plays a critical role in planning, designing, testing, and delivering new global HR technology capabilities, as well as enhancing and optimizing existing Oracle HCM functionality. As the function requires a high level of collaboration and communication with various stakeholders, including HR teams, IT departments, and business leaders, excellent interpersonal skills are essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes and systems, as well as experience working with Oracle HCM. Key responsibilities include: • Designing, developing, testing, and delivering new global HR technology capabilities to support evolving business needs. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize HR system requirements. • Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation for HR systems and processes. • Providing expert-level technical assistance and training to HR staff on the use of Oracle HCM. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in HRIS and technology. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, and at least 5 years of experience working in HR systems analysis, implementation, or management. A Master's degree is preferred. Certification as an Oracle HCM Specialist or equivalent is highly valued.
