Job description
Cargo: Senior Human Resources Analyst Responsibilities Principal: Salary Management: Administer salary structure, market analysis, fixed and variable remuneration, ensuring equity and competitiveness. Compliance and Files: Maintain personnel documentation in compliance with legislation, manage employee files and labor records. Labor Relations: Manage labor relations, instruct managers on HR policies, mediate conflicts and internal communication. Benefits: Ensure benefits are aligned with company goals, monitor and analyze employee satisfaction, and develop strategies to improve work environment. Reporting: Provide regular reports to management on HR metrics, trends, and recommendations for improvement.
