This entails consulting with clients to understand their marketing strategies, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing tailored solutions to drive results. You will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of CX Marketing Consultants, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional results. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the MarTech space, and to apply this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation. In addition, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and for ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. This role requires a strong understanding of the MarTech space, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
