Senior HSE Advisor - High-Rise Construction

TEN Recruitment is working with a leading WA contractor to appoint a Senior HSE Advisor for a high-rise project south of the river. This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior safety role with direct responsibility for driving compliance and safety culture on large-scale builds. With Hammertech systems in place and a strong project pipeline, this role offers both challenge and long-term career stability.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead site-based HSE initiatives across all project stages
• Monitor and enforce WHS legislation, standards, and compliance
• Drive safety reporting, auditing, and risk management using Hammertech
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and training to on-site teams
• Collaborate with senior management and project stakeholders

Candidate Profile

• Proven HSE Advisor experience within high-rise or large commercial projects
• Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and construction safety practices
• Familiarity with Hammertech software
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Perth-based with full Australian working rights
