Senior HR Specialist (m/f/d)

You will work closely with our Head of HR and independently take on operational and project-related HR tasks.

• You will support employees and managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle – from onboarding to departure.
• You will create employment contracts, contract amendments, references, and other personnel documents, and coordinate the interface with payroll.
• You will support managers with labor law, organizational, and personnel-related questions.
• You will organize and further develop our training, feedback, and employee appraisal processes.
• You will take on your own HR projects, for example in the areas of benefits, personnel development, employer branding, or HR processes.
• You will manage our HR systems, especially Personio and elearnio, and further develop digital and automated workflows.

• You have completed a degree with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Psychology, or Law, or a comparable qualification.
• You have several years of professional experience in a generalist HR role, are familiar with the essential employee lifecycle processes, and have good basic knowledge of labor law.
• You work independently, in a structured manner, and are reliable, maintaining an overview even with multiple parallel tasks.
• You present yourself professionally and on an equal footing, can assert clear positions, and thus contribute significantly to further developing HR as an internal service provider.
• You are digitally savvy and want to improve, standardize, and automate HR processes.
• Knowledge of Personio, elearnio, or DATEV, as well as experience in a law firm, consultancy, or a growing medium-sized company, is a plus, but not a must.
