Responsible for recruiting for after-sales and customer service positions; 3. Conduct interviews with candidates to assess their skills and fit with the company culture; 4. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent; 5. Collaborate with hiring managers to determine job requirements and develop job descriptions; 6. Coordinate with HR teams in other regions to share best practices and improve processes; 7. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding employment, including labor laws and immigration policies; 8. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners such as recruitment agencies and vendors; 9. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on the interview process and candidate evaluation; 10. Analyze and report on recruitment metrics and trends to inform future strategies; 11.
