- Develop and implement a scaling roadmap for the Production Department, focusing on replication, standardization, and optimization of processes supported by robust data analysis for our blue collar employees
- Lead cross-department scaling initiatives with teams from Production and HR, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee retention, using data-driven methodologies and established frameworks for scaling operational teams
- Create and maintain scalable reporting systems to measure changes in KPIs relating to recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee retention; examples at the employee level include competency matrices, training duration, and training progress, while introducing new dashboards and automated tools for large-scale tracking and transparency
- Define, implement, and continuously improve the onboarding process across multiple production centers to ensure seamless team integration during rapid growth—constantly monitoring scalability and process efficiency through quantitative analysis
- Collaborate with our trainers to scale up training programs, ensuring consistent delivery and outcomes across expanding teams by analyzing training data and identifying scalable solutions
- Drive collaboration with external partners to support large-scale recruiting and training initiatives, benchmarking and utilizing data to implement best-in-class scalable practices
