We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Operations Manager who has a passion for real operational responsibility - in an environment that moves quickly and where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for and shape HR processes for our entire workforce: from train staff to commercial employees, corporate colleagues, and tech teams.

You are someone who does not wait for the perfect starting situation but just gets started. Tight deadlines do not make you nervous; they motivate you. And if you already have experience using KI tools to automate recurring HR tasks - all the better.
