Senior HR Manager/Senior HR Business Partner (m/w/d)

The newly founded Van Mossel Karosserie & Lackierzentrum GmbH is a part of the Van Mossel Automotive Group and one of the leading providers for bodywork and vehicle repair in Europe. It currently has 5 locations and over 130 employees. Within the next two years, an increase to approximately 300 employees is expected. For our headquarters in Hamburg, we are looking for you as Senior HR Manager / Senior HR Business Partner (m/w/d).

Aufgaben

• You will be the central point of contact for all HR topics within the company and accompany our employees throughout their entire employee life cycle – from the first inquiry to departure.
• As a partner on an equal footing, you will advise management, bring forward proactive ideas, and support with practical solutions. You will not shy away from addressing constructive conflicts if necessary.
• You are responsible for the entire recruitment process for specialist and leadership personnel – from the first job profile to the successful integration of new talents into our team.
• You lead and develop HR administration and ensure efficient, legally secure processes in all personal relevant areas. You will regularly coordinate with payroll, which is ensured through our internal shared-service center.
• You implement the strategic guidelines of our Dutch parent company and work closely with the CHRO Germany to harmonize group-wide HR topics and standards.
• You actively shape existing HR processes and drive continuous improvements forward with a solution-oriented, hands-on mentality – always keeping an eye on efficiency and quality.
• You bring your expertise in labor law into play, advise on individual questions, and take responsibility for the implementation of company-wide measures. If necessary, you will represent the employer independently at the labor court, even in cases of separation.
• You create comprehensive HR analyses, derive concrete recommendations from them, and support with your analytical strength in important strategic decisions. You report directly to management and thus significantly contribute to the further development of the company.

Qualifikation

• You hold a completed degree with a focus on personnel, business law, or comparable qualification.
• You are a generalist and bring at least 10 years of professional experience in HR, ideally with a focus on recruitment and operational personnel management.
• You possess fundamental knowledge of German labor law, including active participation in proceedings before the labor court, and have long-standing experience in cooperation with works councils.
• You work extremely independently, structured, pragmatic, and maintain an overview even in dynamic phases.
• You are enthusiastic about the continuous development of HR processes and think strategically while being operationally strong.
• You communicate confidently in German and possess good English skills in both spoken and written form.
• You are empathetic, assertive, and bring a high level of team and communication skills with you.
• You hold a driver's license and are travel-ready within Germany as part of your job.
