(Senior) HR Manager Recruiting & People Operations (m/w/d)

As HR Manager Recruiting & People Operations (m/w/d), you will build the recruiting process for our crafts and headquarters, ensuring we attract, develop, and retain the right people. You will work closely with the management team, taking responsibility from the start and shaping our HR structures actively.

Aufgaben

👥 Recruiting und Bewerbermanagement
You are responsible for the recruiting process for our crafts and headquarters from job posting to hiring.

🌱 Aufbau von HR und Kultur
You will build our HR department operationally, shape our company culture actively, and be a central point of trust and contact person for people-related topics.

📋 Onboarding und Offboarding
You will establish structured on- and offboarding processes and ensure a professional employee journey.

📄 HR Administration
You are responsible for HR administration from contracts and personnel files to internal processes.

🤝 Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung
You will work closely with the management team and bring recruiting and people perspectives into operational and strategic decisions.

🚀 Skalierung und Weiterentwicklung
You will develop HR structures that grow with the company, with a clear perspective on building an HR team.

Qualifikation

✔️ Fundierte Recruiting-Erfahrung
You have proven experience in recruiting, ideally in a growing environment. Experience in craft or blue-collar recruitment is a strong plus, but not necessary.

✔️ Ownership und Umsetzungsstärke
You work independently, prioritize clearly, and drive topics consistently forward. You take responsibility and do not wait for instructions.

You want to build HR not administratively, but actively, structurally, and further develop it.

You appear confidently, communicate clearly and bindingly, and build trust with applicants, employees, and colleagues.

You handle sensitive personnel matters responsibly and discreetly.

✔️ Digitale Arbeitsweise
You work safely with digital tools, recruiting systems, and common office applications.

✔️ Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
You have very good German language skills in writing and speaking at least C1 level.
