Senior HR Manager (m/w/n)

The Senior People Manager acts as a strategic partner for the People Sub Cluster Lead and the Senior Management, to drive forward, realize, implement, and monitor the people strategy of the company. In this role, he is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing his team with the goal of ensuring effective provision of people services within the organization.

• Close cooperation with management in the development and implementation of personnel strategy in line with the company's overall goals
• Trustworthy partner to management in decision-making (guidance, support, and consultation) in all personnel matters, including employee relationships, talent management, performance management, and remuneration
• Leading, coaching, and developing his own team of People Managers & Generalists to ensure effective provision of HR services within the scope of responsibility
• BUILDING AND MAINTAINING EFFECTIVE RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY INTEREST GROUPS, INCLUDING EMPLOYEES, MANAGERS, REPRESENTATIVE BODIES, AND EXTERNAL PARTNERS
• IDENTIFYING AND ANALYZING HR KEY FIGURES TO SUPPORT MANAGEMENT AND DERIVE ACTION RECOMMENDATIONS
• PROMOTING AND ACCOMPANYING TALENT MANAGEMENT INITIATIVES, INCLUDING TALENT ASSESSMENT, SUCCESSION PLANNING, AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
• LEADING HR PROJECTS AND ENSURING THE SUCCESSFUL IMPLEMENTATION WITHIN THE TIME AND BUDGET FRAMEWORK
• PERIODIC REVIEW IN RELATION TO THE COMPLIANCE OF PEOPLE GUIDELINES AND PROCEDURES AS WELL AS LAWS AND REGULATIONS
• RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCOMPANYING INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL AUDITS IN THE HR AREA
• CALCULATION OF PERSONNEL-RELATED SPECIAL EFFECTS (SALARY INCREASES, SOCIAL PLANS ETC.)

Qualifikation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a comparable field
• At least 7 years of relevant HR work experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership position
• Experience in labor and social law / industrial relations
• Solid German and English language skills in writing and speaking
• Familiarity with MS Office applications
• Good knowledge of HR software and other relevant tools
• Strong process orientation, as well as proven experience in implementing and further developing HR structures and alignment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build effective working relationships with all departments and senior management
• Good analytical skills, as well as experience using HR key figures and data for informed decision-making
• Leadership experience, including coaching employees
• Experience in change management
