As part of the EUPD Group – a leading company in market research and certification with a focus on sustainability and innovation – you will take on a key role in the further development of our HR strategy, processes, and systems.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Senior HR Manager (m/f/d) for our location in Bonn with pronounced operational excellence, strategic thinking, and the ambition to create visible impact in the further development of our personnel work.

Tasks

• You will further develop our HR strategy and shape modern, future-oriented personnel work.
• You will analyze HR key figures and derive measures for organization and personnel development from them.
• You will be responsible for demanding recruitments and further expand our talent acquisition framework.
• You will optimize candidate experience, employer branding, and recruiting processes.
• You will drive the digitalization of our HR processes and further develop our HR tools and systems (e.g., Zoho).
• You will contribute to the expansion of HR reporting and data-based decision-making foundations.
• You will support change and transformation processes (e.g., collaboration, processes, culture).
• You will conceptualize and support personnel and management development measures.
• You will independently manage HR projects with high visibility and responsibility for results.
• You will support the establishment of scalable HR structures and contribute impulses on best practices and innovations.

Qualification

• Several years of professional experience in HR management, ideally in a dynamic or highly digitized environment.
• Deep understanding of modern HR work – both operationally and strategically.
• High affinity for digital tools, HR systems, and data-based decision-making.
• Experience in HR project work or the introduction of new tools/processes is an advantage.
• Strong communication and consulting skills as well as confident stakeholder management.
• Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented way of working combined with entrepreneurial thinking.
