Senior HR Manager (Group Compensation & Benefits)

Job Summary: As a key member of the Group Compensation & Benefits (C&B) team, this role focuses on supporting professional and specialist job families within a large healthcare group. Working closely with Group C&B Leads, the incumbent will contribute to the planning, formulation, review, and implementation of C&B programmes and policies at the Group level, ensuring alignment across institutions and supporting organisational talent strategies. Responsibilities: Group C&B Partnering: Support Group C&B Leads in providing expert advice and guidance on compensation and benefits matters to HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and stakeholders. Analyse market trends, conduct benchmarking exercises, and provide recommendations on salary structures, benefits packages, and other C&B related initiatives. Collaborate with HRBPs and other stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges, and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements. Programme and Policy Management: Assist in the design, development, and implementation of Group-wide C&B programmes and policies. Review and update existing C&B policies and procedures to ensure they remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with the Group's strategic objectives. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with C&B policies and procedures across all institutions. Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation, regulations, and industry best practices related to compensation and benefits. Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyse, and interpret C&B-related data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare reports and presentations on C&B matters for senior management and other stakeholders. Utilise data to inform decision-making and support the development of effective C&B strategies. Support the annual compensation review process. Other Responsibilities: Participate in or lead C&B-related projects as assigned. Collaborate with other HR functions, such as Talent Acquisition and HR Operations, to ensure the seamless delivery of HR services. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Provide training and guidance to HRBPs and other stakeholders on C&B matters. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certification in Compensation and Benefits (e.g., CCP, CEBS) is preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 3 years in a senior role. Strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations. Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing C&B programmes and policies. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
