Hire Resolve’s client in the Finance industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Senior HR Manager in Umhlanga, KZN. Responsibilities Strategically lead HR, aligning people initiatives with business goals. Advise EXCO on workforce planning and organizational structures. Oversee all talent management, from recruitment to retention and development. Manage employee relations, performance, and disciplinary processes, ensuring legal compliance. Develop and implement HR policies, compensation, and benefits. Ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement. Foster a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and respect. Collaborate with the leadership team to drive business outcomes through people strategies. Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to inform strategic decisions. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.
