Permanent vacancy available for a Senior HR Generalist based in Sandringham, Johannesburg.
The Senior HR Generalist plays a pivotal role in supporting the people strategy across its diverse operational entities. This role is responsible for providing comprehensive HR support, driving consistent people practices, and ensuring compliance with legislation and internal policies. The incumbent will serve as a trusted advisor to management and staff, fostering an engaged, ethical, and high-performing workforce that aligns with the organisation’s values and mission.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or equivalent.
8–10 years’ generalist HR experience, with at least 2 years at a senior and supervisory level.
Experience in a complex, shift-based, multi-entity, or non-profit environment - advantageous.
Solid working knowledge of HR systems, and MS Office suite.
