Senior HR Executive/HRBP

The Senior Human Resources Executive/HRBP will support strategic, commercial, and operational Human Resources advice to support the business in making effective workforce decisions. This position will partner with relevant stakeholders and use people analytics to coach, guide and advise on organizational design, talent management, learning and development, reward, and risk management. As the organization is a lean team, the Senior Corporate Human Resources Executive must be willing to be hands-on and flexible to ensure the success of the business. The role will require strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have experience in HRBP roles, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a track record of delivering high-quality results, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and providing expert advice to support business decisions.
