allaboutHRLaw GmbH is an experienced consulting company for professional and practical HR work. As an HR as a Service partner, we support companies of various sizes and industries, especially start-ups and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with their HR management challenges – flexibly, individually, and according to needs.

Whether it's the complete takeover of HR work, support with individual HR topics, or long-term guidance as an external HR department: we develop solutions that fit the requirements, structures, and development phases of our clients. Our team of experienced HR professionals operates nationwide, especially in the regions of Berlin, Hamburg, Frankfurt am Main, Leipzig, Düsseldorf, and Munich. Our location in Leipzig serves as the central base for our internal and administrative tasks.

To support our team, we are looking for a:

Senior / HR Business Partner (m/f/d) in Part-time or Full-time

What will be your responsibilities?

Independent support of several clients and (Junior) HR Business Partners and ultimately the entire region, especially

• Internal development of allaboutHRLaw together with the management team

• Management of employees in the region

• Management of clients in the region together with the responsible (Junior) HR Business Partners

• Establishment of HR work for new or selected clients

• Advising management on all personnel-related issues

• Operational HR work as needed

• Focusing on and developing an HR area of your choice

What distinguishes you?

• Completed university or university of applied sciences degree with a focus on personnel management

• At least 5 years of professional experience

• Mix of consultant and HR professional

• Fluent English language skills

• Confident and convincing demeanor

• Initiative, teamwork, and communication skills

• Consulting competence, structured and goal-oriented work
