We are a team of highly motivated HR professionals with a focus on the metropolitan areas Berlin, Hamburg, Frankfurt/Main, Leipzig, Düsseldorf, and Munich, and a cool office in Leipzig that covers all internal tasks.

Aufgaben

To support our growing team, we are looking for someone immediately at our location in Berlin:

Senior HR Business Partner (m/w/d) in Teil- oder Vollzeit

What will your tasks be?

Independent customer support for several customers and (Junior) HR Business Partners, as well as the entire region, particularly:

• Internal further development of allaboutHRLaw together with the management team
• Leadership of employees in the region
• Management of customers in the region together with the responsible (Junior) HR Business Partners
• Establishment of personnel work at new or selected customers
• Counseling of executives on all personnel issues
• Operative personnel work as needed
• Focusing on and further developing an HR area of your choice

Qualifikation

• Bachelor's or master's degree with a focus in personnel management
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience
• Mixture of consultant and HR specialist
• Fluent English skills
• Confident and convincing appearance
• Eigeninitiative, team, and communication skills
• Counseling competence, structured, and goal-oriented work
