Senior HR Business Partner (m/w/d)

An international industrial company with multiple locations, part of a globally established corporate group, is continuously developing in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment.

Tasks

• Implementation and anchoring of global HR strategy, processes, and guidelines at the location, as well as active participation in their continuous development
• Strategic and operational consulting for site leadership, as well as for executives and employees on all HR-related issues
• Accompaniment of change processes, coaching of executives, and promotion of employee engagement and organizational development
• Closely working with central HR functions, regional HR management, and the HR Service Center
• Implementation of corporate-wide HR guidelines at the location, as well as trust-based cooperation with the works council in compliance with tariff and labor law regulations
• Coordination of quantitative and qualitative personnel planning at the location
• Preparation, analysis, and evaluation of HR key figures, reports, and statistics to support informed management decisions

Qualification

• Degree in Business Administration or a comparable field with a focus on human resources, ideally
• At least 5-7 years of professional experience in the HR field, ideally as an HR Business Partner, Generalist, or Specialist in an international production or industrial company
• Fundamental knowledge of cooperation with the works council and very good knowledge of labor and employment law
• Outstanding business understanding, high quality and responsibility orientation, and a pragmatic, solution-oriented work style
• Assertiveness paired with diplomatic skill, trustworthiness, and resilience, as well as excellent communication, consulting, and coaching skills
• Strong analytical skills and a high interest in continuously optimizing HR processes
• Safe handling of MS Office; knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is an asset
• Negotiation-safe German and English language skills in writing and speaking
